Welcome

Okay, so it's taken me a while to update. I've been pretty busy with work and other commitments and stuff, aswell as a quick holiday to Scotland! Yeaahhh! Was pretty cool over there. Well, here's the news as it stands, It's currently five past One on morning of Thursday the 17th of December, and that means Fester's back in the country in less than 18 hours. After long discussions over the internet, we have decided that The Apple Of Your Eye Socket will be recorded on Saturday afternoon, With this running smoothly, we shall release the album on Monday 21st of December!

We're also going to be handing out FREE copies in ASDA Living, Yorkgate Belfast to those who ask for it, right up until Christmas day!

I'll try and figure out the iTunes ballix, too. Keep rockin' guys, and thanks for your support! =D!

Welcome to the Official Abdomina Website! We're still updating the site here, but feel free to have a poke around!

We're a mix of Heavy Metal and Horror Punk, and we rock your fuckin' socks off. We record all of our own stuff in our own make-shift studio. We call it DIY Recording. Pretty sure we'll name that element sometime later.

Basic info on our status, we're working hard on the new releases, The Apple In Your Eye Socket is due out sometime near Christmas, with the single being released in a few weeks hopefully! Yayy! Still need a name for it, so feel free to send your suggestions to Abdomina@live.co.uk!
